Brittney Ward M.ed., bcba
Vice President
Brittney serves as the Vice-President of the Idaho Association of Behavior Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Co-Owner of Trellis ABA Therapy, serving children and families across the Treasure Valley. Her work is grounded in a strong foundation in child development, shaping a thoughtful, client-centered approach to behavior analytic practice.
With experience spanning clinical care and organizational leadership, Brittney is passionate about strengthening systems that improve access to ethical, high-quality services and lead to meaningful outcomes for children and their families. She is a strong advocate for sustainable practice models that support both providers and the individuals they serve.
As Vice President of the Idaho Association for Behavior Analysis, Brittney is committed to elevating provider and family voices and advancing behavior analysis in Idaho in ways that are inclusive, collaborative, and impactful.
Bobbi Hamilton
M.A., BCBA
PRESIDENT
Bobbi serves as the President of the Idaho Association of Behavior Analysis. She is currently self employed, providing direct services to families and consulting with agencies through her business, Idaho ABA Consultants, LLC.
Bobbi has been working in the field of ABA for 15 years. She has provided services within a center, the community, and in homes. Bobbi enjoys working with young learners to increase communication and social interactions skills.
Previously a program specialist with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Bobbi supported Medicaid providers with rule and operational process compliance.
In 2016 she became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Prior to 2016 Bobbi was a board-certified assistant behavior analyst (BCaBA).
Shelbi Morrison
M.Ed., BCBA
TREASURER
Shelbi serves as the treasurer for the Idaho Association of Behavior Analysis. She is the Director of Clinical Services and a Co-Owner of Trellis ABA. Her previous experience includes working as a school-based BCBA.
Shelbi became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018. She holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Washington.
Shelbi has worked in the field of behavior analysis since 2011, providing services in home, community, and educational settings and supporting individuals with diverse needs through compassionate, evidence-based practices.
colleen sisk
M.Ed., BCBA
Secretary
Colleen serves as the Secretary of the Idaho Association of Behavior Analysis. She is the Owner and Executive Director of Syringa Family Partnership LLC, a role she has proudly held since 2008. Colleen has worked in the field of developmental disabilities in North Idaho for over 20 years, advocating for and supporting individuals and families across a variety of service settings.
Colleen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and obtained her Master’s degree in Special Education /Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2017.
Colleen has been an active member of the Idaho Association of Community Providers for over 20 years and previously served a ten-year lifetime term on the Idaho Council on Developmental Disabilities. It is her lifelong goal to continue advocating for others and to empower individuals to recognize and use the power of self-advocacy.
